Moving from one property to another can be a stressful time so we will always try and do our best to make the process as hassle free as possible. Whether you are new to renting or have rented many times before we will answer any questions that you may have about the properties that we have advertised and available for rent.
We understand that due to work and life commitments it may be difficult for individuals to view property between the standard office hours of 9am to 5pm. At Five Estates we will do our best to fit in with your schedule and can offer evening and weekend appointments for viewing if required.
Each and every tenancy is considered individually on the strength of the application details. We will discuss with landlords the possibilty of taking on tenants who have a less than perfect credit history. If there is evidence of CCJ's that we have been told about, with an explanation as to how these have been dealt with, it does not necessarily mean that an application will be declined. There are also a number of landlords who will consider tenants getting LHA (previously called 'DSS' payments). This would be considered along with references and evidence of ability to make payments on a regular basis.
All successful applicants of fully managed properties will receive a useful document with information about the home they are moving into along with advice about what to do in respect of any problems that may arise whilst living at the property. Should problems arise we will liase with landlords on your behalf to ensure that problems are dealt with quickly and efficiently.
