As soon as you instruct us to manage and market your property we will send email, text and mail-shot details of your property to any prospective tenants we currently have in our database.

No Let - No Fee

Cash flow is essential in any business and your investment property is no exception. To help make life a little easier we will not make any charges to you as a landlord until we have a tenant in place for your property. We will absorb all marketing costs prior to signing your tenant onto an agreement. If your property is being advertised by another agent we'll show our commitment to you by advertising free of charge irrespective of whether or not we are the first to find you a tenant.

Realistic viewing times

We understand that many potential tenants are not available to view properties between 9 and 5 so we offer the flexibility of evening and weekend appointments if required. This can make a big difference in terms of increasing the chances of securing a new tenant more quickly.

We are also often able to meet up with you as a landlord at the property you wish to us to market to suggest market rent values and any further requirements you may have.

Up to date rental appraisal

In a quickly changing rental market it is just as important not to pitch your price too high as it is to pitch it too low. With our up to date and ongoing involvement in the rental market we can suggest the right price at which to market your property and will not over value the monthly rental figure in an attempt to secure your custom.
